Shipping Information:
All goods are despatched from Melbourne, Australia.
All orders are shipped by Startrack for Country/Interstate and Couriers Please for Melbourne Metro, unless we are instructed otherwise.
You may nominate your own carrier or arrange to collect orders from our warehouse.
Same Day Despatch:
EDMAC Australia will endeavour to have your order confirmed and despatched on the day of your order if it is placed by 2pm AEST.
C.O.D and ‘Cash Sale’ orders will be despatched upon payment being received by EDMAC Australia.
Order Collection:
Pick-ups are strictly between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm Monday to Friday.
For safety reasons, we are unable to deviate from these hours.
Orders cannot be amended once they are ready for Pick-Up.
Freight Rates: (Effective: 1st June 2022)
Melbourne Metro Delivery – Small Parcels/Airbags: $18 + GST
VIC Country/Rural – Charged at Carriers’ Rates
Metro Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart – Small Parcels/Airbags: $28 + GST
Non-Metro NSW, QLD, SA, WA, TAS, NT Small Parcels/Airbags: Charged at Carriers’ Rates
Bulky/Non-Airbag orders will be charged as per the carriers’ rates. We can provide an estimate on request.
“Small Parcels” means goods with a cubic measurement of not more than 0.021m³ AND not exceeding 5kg.
International Customers:
Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import duty or customs charges. These charges are the responsibility of the company receiving the parcel and are not included in the cost of delivery. Please check with your country’s customs service if you need more information.
